This Nintendo 3DS work shifted the focus from families to core gamers.

The work centered on simple, social gameplay. Friends sitting around, playing together, the way Nintendo fans already recognized. In every group there’s always one guy who kind of sucks. We made him the focus of the spots.

It worked. Core gamers responded and Nintendo kept asking for more spots.
